Originally opened in 1924, Fairmont Olympic Hotel’s dining room has served as the social hub of Seattle for many decades. Through the years, the classic dining room has been the setting for generations of events and has become a memorable part the Seattle dining scene. The new space pays homage to the history of the cherished dining room, while evolving into a new era and introducing fresh traditions as The George.

The Petite
Welcome to The Petite, our extraordinary private dining room crafted to host unforgettable moments. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering with loved ones, a business dinner, or a joyous holiday celebration, this exclusive space can accommodate up to 14 guests. Immerse yourself in its breathtaking decor, adorned with captivating wall treatments in enchanting hues of mauve and burgundy, accentuating the stately ambiance of elegance and warmth. The centerpiece of the room is an oversized dark oak table, inviting connection and conversation. Enhancing the atmosphere, a mesmerizing crystal pendant light adds a touch of sophistication. Meanwhile, the floor-to-ceiling window allows natural light to illuminate the space, and a door allows you to close the room completely or keep it open to the dining room, based on your preference.
The Parlor
Introducing The Parlor: an enchanting, slender sanctuary with soaring ceilings discreetly nestled beyond the bustling main dining room and bar. Designed for leisurely cocktail hours, this semi-private space is bathed in natural light, accentuating its vibrant palette of lush greens, elegant golds, gleaming brass, and verdant foliage. Ideal for both standing and seated guests, The Parlor offers an intimate atmosphere that combines elegance with a touch of nature, accommodating up to 30 guests.
