With over two decades of global experience in luxury hospitality, Cherry Tsui brings a refined culinary perspective and leadership excellence to Fairmont Olympic Hotel. A French and European-trained culinary expert, Cherry earned her degree in hospitality management in Switzerland and has worked alongside some of the industry’s most celebrated chefs, including Daniel Boulud, Gray Kunz, and Alain Ducasse.

Her impressive career spans some of the world’s most prestigious brands, including The Ritz-Carlton, The Peninsula, Conrad, The Upper House, InterContinental, and Lotte Seattle. Now, she brings her passion for excellence and innovation to Seattle’s iconic Fairmont Olympic.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Cherry now calls West Seattle home, where she lives with her husband, their two children, and their beloved Golden Retriever, Ziggy.
