Narendra Vasireddy is the Executive Pastry Chef at Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle, with more than 20 years of global culinary experience. Originally from Hyderabad, India—a city celebrated for its rich food culture—Narendra’s passion for cooking began in his family kitchen, learning about local spices from his mother. His journey led him through formal culinary and hotel management training in India, followed by advanced studies and work in pastry arts in Singapore, where he discovered his deep love for desserts.
Narendra has contributed to pre-opening teams and pastry programs across Singapore, Dubai, and Canada, including leadership roles at Fairmont Empress, Fairmont Palliser, and Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. His philosophy centers on using simple, meaningful ingredients to evoke warmth, nostalgia, and joy—drawing inspiration from the flavors of childhood and the emotions food can unlock. Through his work, he aims to create memorable experiences for guests and to inspire future generations of pastry chefs.
