Assistant Director of Food and Beverage
Rus has an extensive and impressive beverage and hospitality background. In 2014, he co-founded Open Bar Cocktail Service in Montreal, Canada, which he operated through 2016. Simultaneously, he was Manager at Mayfair Cocktail Bar, also in Montreal. In 2016 Rus moved into the hotel world with a role at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and then joined the Fairmont team in 2019 at Fairmont Royal York Hotel before moving to Fairmont Olympic as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, overseeing the Beverage Program.
